- Application through a notary: You may send the signed form to Çoraklar Neighborhood, 5012 Street, No:35/1, Aliağa/İzmir, Türkiye through a notary public.
- Secure electronic signature / mobile signature: You may send the signed form to info@frplinecomposite.com.
- Registered e-mail / KEP: If you use an address already registered in our systems, you may apply to frplinecomposite.teknolojileri@hs01.kep.tr.
