Materials Science
What is GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic)?
GRP (GRP - Glass Reinforced Plastic) is a superior composite material resulting from the combination of the high mechanical strength of glass fiber and the chemical resistance of thermosetting resin.
In this combination, glass fibers form the "bone" structure that carries the load, while the resin forms the "muscle" tissue that holds these fibers together, distributes the load and protects against external factors.

Production Method
Filament Winding
In CNC-controlled machines, continuous glass fiber rovings pass through the resin bath and are wound on the rotating mold with micron precision. Beyond manual production, we produce tanks with equal strength at every point.
Homogeneous Structure
Endless fiberglass rovings are wound with perfect order and tension. The risk of weak spots or air bubbles in manual production is eliminated.
Directed Strength
Fibers are wrapped at hoop and helical angles depending on the pressure the tank will be exposed to. Stronger pressure resistance than steel.
Monoblock Body
The tank body is produced in one piece. There are no joints, welds or rivets. Sealing is guaranteed.
Optimized Cost
Wall thickness is optimized according to pressure with computer-aided design. The use of unnecessary materials is avoided.
Pultrusion Profiles
Corrosion-resistant, lightweight and high-strength composite profiles. They do not rust like steel or rot like timber, and they serve outdoors and in damp environments without painting or constant maintenance. I-beams, U-profiles, angles, box sections and project-specific cross-sections can all be produced. They are chosen for bridge and platform beams, cooling-tower components, FRP reinforcement bars and structural load-bearing systems.
Flat Sheets and Panels (Fibropan)
Flat, corrugated and trapezoidal composite sheets produced on a continuous line. Translucent options let daylight through where it is wanted, while the material stands up to corrosion and weather. Being light compared with sheet metal and similar materials, it reduces handling and installation loads. It is used for factory and warehouse roofing and cladding, trapezoidal and corrugated panel applications, and rooflight sheets.
SMC-BMC Hot Press Production
Repeatable series parts produced by hot compression moulding. Surface quality and dimensional stability are high, so every part from the same mould matches the last; the material is light compared with metal, corrosion-resistant and electrically insulating. It is widely used for automotive parts, electrical panel and enclosure bodies, modular water-tank panels and manhole covers.
Composite Gratings
Composite grating flooring with a slip-resistant surface, corrosion resistance and no electrical conductivity. It is an alternative in aggressive environments where steel grating rusts, needs painting and demands regular maintenance; being light, it can be handled by hand and cut and fitted easily on site. It serves as platforms, walkways and channel covers in chemical plants, offshore platforms, marinas and treatment works.
