Life Support Unit of Grain
Grain storage is the life support unit of a biological entity rather than an industrial storage. Harvested grain is 'alive' and continues to respire. The main task of GRP silos is to keep this respiration under control, maintain moisture balance and prevent product deterioration (overheating, mold, insect infestation). With its low thermal conductivity compared to metal silos, there is no problem of sweating and moisture migration.
Türkiye's wheat, corn and barley production capacity should be protected with the right storage infrastructure. Our GRP silos prevent mold, fungus and insect activity by maintaining the Equilibrium Moisture Content (EMC) of the grain.

- Conical Base (KT) Design: 45°-65° angled funnel, mass flow with the 'first in, first out' (FIFO) principle, no bridging problem.

- Does not cause sweating (condensation): With its low thermal conductivity, there is no moisture accumulation on the inner wall of the silo, the product remains dry.

A total of 8 pultrusion lines in our factory, all processes including electricity, ventilation and cutting systems, have been completed and are ready for full capacity production. I-beams, U-channels, angle irons, pipes and special cross-section structural profiles are produced in accordance with EN 13706 standards.
